Had a quick look at 'Man by a tree', in terms of making the beginning more 'Da Vinci'-reader-friendly. Yes, I could do it...do I want to? In my mind, the book 'is' the book, other than the 0.2% amount of typos left in the book (I'm sure there are still some). But I'll have a go, call it 'Man by tree - revisited'.
The 3rd book...new facts keep coming to incorporate into the plot, it's hard to keep up with it all...:-)
